Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your scheduled rental with us, we request 30 days notice so there is adequate time for the equipment to be reserved by another customer.

 

In cases where we have charged a deposit, the deposit will be refunded in cases of cancellation due to weather. The rental must be canceled prior to us setting up the equipment.
